Petite Biographie..

            Né à Tours en 1955, Eric Aubry attrape très jeune le virus de Nicéphore et entre à l'école photo de l'aéronavale de Rochefort. 

  Ses voyages et la recherche d'horizons toujours nouveaux, le conduisent aprés moultes escales, à Nouméa oû il s'installe en 1978.

 De 1984 à 1989, Eric Aubry collabore au quotidien "Les Nouvelles Calédoniennes " en tant que photographe publicitaire.

  Le portrait et le corps féminin, étant ses thèmes majeurs, il ouvre son propre studio en 1990 et travaille à ses recherches  personelles   en  parallèle de ses commandes publicitaires.

  Inspiré par des personnalités comme Patrick Demarchelier et Richard Avedon, Eric Aubry a su imposer son style bien particulier et nous faire partager sa passion lors des 4 expositions présentées sur le territoire et l'exporter jusqu'à Sydney en participant à une exposition collective.

   Born in Tours ( France) in 1955, Eric Aubry caught very soon the Nicephore virus and entered the photography school of the French Army.

 His travels and the search for ever new led him after much stops at Nouméa where he moved to in 1978.

 From 1984 to 1989, he worked daily for "Les Nouvelles Caledoniennes" as an advertising photographer.

The portrait, the female body, being its major themes, Eric Aubry opened his own photo studio and worked in its own research in parallel with its advertising orders.

 Inspired by figures such as Patrick Demarchelier and Richard Avedon, he has imposed his style and has made us share his passion at the 4 exhibitions in Noumea and exported up to Sydney by participating in agroup exhibition.
